Bulgaria borders Greece and now that it's also a full EU member, is just a short hop across the Border!
But most Expats don't speak Bulgarian! So if you decide to buy a holiday home for sale in Bulgaria or as a retirement home, you will need the expertise and helpfullness of the best estate agents there!

The Bulgarians are a very welcoming peoples, and do welcome English Expats as we bring life back into their almost deserted and derelect villages The cheap prices on this estate agents website are the true price you will pay to buy a beautiful house there! Obviously you can then renovate it to suit your own style! The costs of building and renovations are also very cheap there ... for the time being! So buy now is my recommendation!
